Hornsea 3 onshore cabling works (£100M)

The project is for Orsted and has been a great project to date testing my managerial skills. 


Breheny civil engineering


Environment Agency Central Framework. Works management of numerous Schemes of various sizes and values. Works include D&B packages, delivery of fish and eel passes, continuous piling to embankments and earthworks.
Clacton Cliff Stabilization (£2.2m) The project was undertaken for Tendring District Council following major slippages of the frontage embankments. The works consisted of the installation of 18m long SSP to the full extent of the works using the vibration-less piling techniques, The installation of 60no 25m long cementious ground anchors, seepage drainage to all areas and the installation of concrete reinforced retaining walls, reinforced concrete slabs and asphalt surfacing to all areas including the promenade.

Great Yarmouth Outer Harbour. (£6.3m) This project for Peel Ports involved the construction a new 25 acre staging area to enable 75m wind farm turbines to be assembled before loading onto ships for Scottish Power Renewables’ offshore wind farm. This process required a storage area, crane pad, a heavy lift slab, consisting of foundation CFA piles, 1m thick reinforced slab.
