Headteacher of an inner-city school with 950 on roll. Responsible for the strategic priorities of the school and educational outcomes. I was also a School Improvement Partner for a large secondary MAT. delivering training, coaching and development and strategic school improvement to five schools, as well as supporting other local schools with coaching and development.

Strategic leadership of five secondary schools within a large MAT and working closely with the Director of Education (Primary) to support educational outcomes across all phases. Leadership oversight of the SCITT and Teaching School and reporting to Trustees on all matters relating to educational performance and scrutiny.

Headteacher of a large 1900-strong school, with Sixth Form. Responsible for the educational outcomes, staff development, curriculum and personal development of all students. Chair of the local consortium group of headteachers. I was also responsible for the Teaching School and the SCITT, developing links with ITE providers.
