I joined my family's carpet store in Belfast when i was 16 years old to help my brother and father with the business.

My father sent me out fitting carpets and vinyl flooring for about 6 years to learn all about carpets and how to work out sizes in all different types of jobs and from about 23 years old i came into the shop as a salesman to sell to customers coming into the store and have been there ever since we were recently made redundant.

I worked in every role in the store till eventually when my father wasn't able anymore my brother and i ran the store together and we were very busy for long many year selling carpets to many domestic homes all over northern Ireland , some big contract jobs and lots of new build turnkey housing.
