I really started my career when I stepped into a CNC role when someone left, I was a temp there at the time. Since then I've had a broad experience of CNC and CAM/CAD systems. My favourite role was programming a large 5-axis for composite aerospace structures whilst fielding questions about CNC stuff from engineers and solving any issues from the shop floor. I can bring analytical clarity and attention to detail to a job, with good communication being key to a successful outcome for the team.
