I have worked for paragon flexibles for 10 years and have been employed as Quality Assurance technician for both sides (Wet and Dry) which has entailed handling quality for the production slitting lines and print / Lamination checks and testing
That has included Suspect production and complaints also capturing production detail onto prism and chimera, Audits as required and Microsoft applications and all internal systems and being able to adhere to policies and procedures within the company and able to deal with all enquires and job processes within the factory and also to help the shift manager and technical staff and improve and strive to make sure production throughout the factory is met on time and to the customer satisfaction

This was a customer focussed role that required confidence, accuracy and the ability to think on my feet, I dealt with customer enquiries and complaints, face to face and on the phone whilst adhering to council policy guidelines
This required excellent listening and communication skills, ensuring customers were signposted to the appropriate department politely and efficiently
I regularly inputted information onto the council databases, using CRM and Excel operating systems and other Microsoft packages
I worked in the post room, handling, and sorting, opening and distributing confidential mail and on reception as required

Kern Lieber's

Working for Kern Lieber for 18 years I began my career as a production assembly worker and with continued progression held the position of Linesman, with responsibility for overseeing the production lines, entering the required measurements onto the computer (in line with British standards), and as outlined in the target sheets
I was also supervisor for the late/night shift with added responsibility for the furnace operation and some internal folk truck driving
I had a perfect time keeping record and was happy to undertake any work as required within the company

Various land and factory work, which included working at Christian Salvarsans, Geese and local farms around Lincolnshire

My main responsibility at the company was to set up the Grinding machines and monitor stock control of the steel stock, and perform the role of supervisor to the part-time staff
