Transforming an existing 3 storey commercial building into a new further education school specialising in mathematics for the DFE. Creating an auditorium, kitchen and dining area, classrooms, offices and break out rooms.
Sutton High Street April 24 - Jan 25 approx. 4.5m
The works were for the London Borough of Sutton as part of the high street regeneration programme. Shell and core refurbishment of two adjoining retail units with office space on the upper 4 floors including a new steel frame lift shaft.
Brent Civic Centre May 24 - Oct 24. approx. 3m
Working with London Borough of Brent team from feasibility to delivery. Reconfigure and repurpose of the library and registry office. Creating flexible space with a new children library, family meeting rooms and a new steel timber clad staircase.
Addenbrookes Hospital - Thrombectomy Ward & Nuclear Medicine ward. March 22 -July 23 approx. 5m
A phased delivery of works enhancing the facilities and equipment to the departments. In a live environment the works involved demolition and strip out works, upgrade of mechanical and electrical services throughout, replacing existing finishes creating new bays and reconfiguring the accommodation.
Thomas Hardy House, Enfield. Jan 22 - Dec 22 approx. 8m
This was the second project for Enfield Council. The project comprised of the strip out and refurbishment of the first and second floors creating furnished offices for the Council. The works also included the fit out of the Dugdale Centre creating a commercial kitchen, dining area and Enfield museum.

Due to a company restructure i inherited the project in March 20, the project was refurbishment of existing office accommodation which included the strip out and fit out of the existing 4th and 5th floors including 3 new lifts, new entrance and a roof terrace.

Due to a company restructure i inherited the project in March 20. The project included the strip out, infill areas to provide 2 new floor plates, CAT A fit out to Riverside House, refurbishment of the lifts and provide new central core areas along with new entrances.
London Screen Academy, Highbury, Aug 18 - March 20 approx. 25m
Logistically challenging refurbishment and remodelling of a commercial building including a new steel structure infill forming an auditorium, classrooms, workshops, commercial kitchen and offices, creating a new 6th form college.
