Summary

I am a highly motivated sixth form student who is looking to start a long-term career where I can grow and gain additional qualifications.

From my customer service roles, I have shown that I am a flexible and adaptive team member who can work round challenges that arise, such as covering staff shortages. Working in competitive retail environments has shown me how to work towards collective targets, which I use to focus my actions to drive improvements, for example working towards key sales goals that the company wants to achieve. Alongside my part time employment, I used to be an active member of Penrith rugby club where I have developed strong teamwork skills and understanding of my responsibilities when working towards shared goals. I am now keen to take the steps as an apprentice so I can keep learning and growing.
