- Maintained accurate records of all incidents and children's progress to look back on when needed. Also made sure to keep confidential records safe to protect children from harm and aslo comply with the Data protection Act 2018.
- Worked closely with the parents fostering a trusting relationship with them which allows me to ensure that the children have consistent care through shared expectation and also allows the children to feel more safe.
- Also providing a safe and healthy environment that ensures all children's needs are met and creating an inclusve environment that values diversity and adapts to unique needs.
