• Tennis West of Scotland was ranked #13 in 2024 final rankings. Since taking over the role, West of Scotland is currently ranked #5 in the UK rankings out of 44 counties in 2025.
• Develop, with a coaching team a county training programme which focuses on raising the level of West of Scotland teams competing in inter-county competitions.
• Present "break-even" programme budget to the board.
• Liaise with the Tennis Scotland performance team, West of Scotland club coaches and the county office staff to identify players who may be considered for the programme.
• Mentor newly qualified West coaches at programme sessions.
• Communicate with players and parents with regard to the programme and manage parental expectations and their role in all players development.
• Captain the West of Scotland 18U-11U teams at inter-county championships.

• Direct coaching initiatives at prominent Scottish tennis club, serving over 1,000 members, of which 350 are involved in weekly coaching.
• Lead and manage all aspects of the coaching programme, weekly programming and day to day development/delivery.
• Manage and coordinate the workload of 11 coaches/assistants.
• Budget responsibility for the coaching programme which includes payment of staff, equipment, programmes and rental costs.
• Provide updates, reports and information required to the Tennis Committee and the president of the club.
• Lead/coach on the development and management of the best juniors at the club in regards to Annual plans/competition and goal planning
• Leading and mentoring players, staff and parents.
• Managed the internal/external communications and promotion of Strathgryffe tennis programme.

• Independent boarding school which was ranked the #1 school for tennis in the UK and the #2 ranked high school in the World 2018.
• Helped create an individualised, pro-style, interdisciplinary training environment tailored specifically to prepare players for the demands of university tennis/professional tennis between the ages of 10-18 years old.
• Coaching lead to a small number of players, significant on-court presence, travelled to tournaments, leading assigned player development and goals.
• Direct line management, mentorship and support to the coaching team.
• Provided leadership and direction of the coaching philosophy, coaching strategy and curriculum.
• Lead in the recruitment of players and worked closely with the marketing/administration department.
• Provided clarity, time, support and assistance to parents, staff and players so that the duty of care and safeguarding was a high priority for the academy.

I was selected to captain the 14U (2016) 18U (2019) Scottish National Boys/Girls teams that competed in the Home Nations (England/Ireland/Scotland/Wales) championships in Wales. It was an hybrid role that blends coach, leader, strategist, and manager.

• The Racquets Club at La Manga Club is one of the best and most prestigious tennis centres in Europe, with a total of 26 impeccable courts.
• Coached on the Junior Pro Academy with juniors aged 12-19 years who were performance players back in their respective countries.
• Worked alongside Juan Ros, former coach to Conchita Martinez, Anna-Lena Groenefeld and Megann Shaughnessy.
