At present I am a member of the combined magistrate’s admin team which operate out of the Crown Prosecution
Service Rose court office. My day to day duties consist of updating case files electronically, as and when they arrive
back from court researching statutes, decisions, legal articles and codes and ensuring they are 100 per cent
accurate. I prepare trial bundles by organising exhibits and other key evidence for upcoming hearings and collate the
court list making certain that all essential paperwork and evidence is present at trial.
My primary job role was to work the bar and relay orders in an accurate and timely fashion to the kitchen, but I routinely
supported other areas of the business as requested, including answering telephones and completing financial
transactions for other members of staff. There were also a few occasions where I was involved in proactively preparing
the venue for large parties and reservations, anticipating planning and staffing needs
