Pro-active,ad-hoc & pre-planned maintenance.Working via Planon ticketing system assess job requests.Identify faults/damage to fabric of buildings & implement remedial work using multi-trade skills to achieve a good standard of finish.This routinely includes,but not limited to such things as ceiling & wall repairs/ patch plastering,timber framing & boarding,installation of new shower cubicles,trays,whiterock boarding & bi-fold doors.Installation of through room extraction vents or external cavity brick vents when damp is identified.Removing & re-laying parapet coping stones.Fabricating wooden formers & laying concrete access ramps or setting in bases for runs of post lighting incorporating conduit for armoured cable.Potholes-Cutting/digging out-filling/compacting with type 1 & finish tarmac.Emergency roof repairs & clearance of gulley/hopper debris.Removing & replacing damaged door/window handles,locks,cylinders & latches.Replacing intumescent fire/smoke strips on fire doors.Removing doors to plane/replace hinges.Removing & repairing/re-glazing windows including sash windows replacing sash cords or parting beads.Bench repairs to damaged doors,windows & furniture.Repair/replacement of skirting boards.Flooring repairs.Painting & decorating.Plunging plumbing wastes/removing & clearing blockages.
