• Independently reduced £4m of overdue debt on GoCompare in 6 weeks.
• Led the team to reduce overdue debt from £3m to under £1m within two months for half year end FY23.

• Connected multiple departments for events during COVID to create simplified solutions for managing refunds, moving revenue, and reconciling balances for customers.
• Developed new reconciliation processes for eCommerce and programmatic revenue. Ecommerce was previously considered to be "irreconcilable".
• Collected 50% (£1m of £2m) of open debt on The Photography Show 2016 within 6 weeks.
• Won Future PLC Star of the Year Award for September 2021, and was shortlisted for Star of the Year 2021.

• Managed high volumes of advertising campaigns across many market-leading print publications.
• Maintained extremely high accuracy, over high volumes, for over nine years, thus preventing lost revenue due to error

• Underwrote and administered new life assurance policies.
