Within my Time at Applebridge I have worked my way up to a Site supervisor, Starting as a Trainee i have held key responsibilities with maintaining a positive and effective work environment for all personal i have associated with. I Have worked closely with Contracts managers and Quantity Surveyors to ensure target dates are met and profit is made whilst ensuring the health and safety of all operatives on site and assusuring quality work. Some of my typical duties would include:

• Oversee daily operations on-site, promoting effective workflow management and programming upcoming works
• Handle procurement of materials for optimal resource utilisation.
• Conduct crucial Health and Safety paperwork is complete at correct times such as; HAVS exposure records, weekly toolbox talks, LOLER and PUWER checks, Plant daily Pre-start checks, weekly H&S audits, Various Permits.
• Foster good relationships with clients including weekly progress meetings and monthly CVF meetings to layout the foundations for upcoming works ,
• Ensuring Risk assessments and method statements are followed and adjusting to suit site specific activities.
• Quality Assurance, ensuring that work is thoroughly checked, recorded and photographed at the correct stages of the building process

Site Experience:

Greatham - Shadowing an experienced site manager as a sub-contractor to Carbon homes

Langthorpe - Shadowing an experienced site manager before taking over the job for myself and overseeing 15+ operatives on front and back end works for 63 plots up until completion as a sub-contractor to Taylor Wimpey

Siskin Park - Managing the groundworks for a timber frame kit build overseeing 20+ operatives on front and back end works as a sub-contractor to Vistry Homes

Kirk Levington - Mangaing the groundworks for an NHBC Pride in the Job winning site overseeing 15+ operatives on front and back end works to 97 plots as a sub-contractor to Taylor Wimpey

Hazelrigg - Managing the Groundworks for 224 plots including back end works, 278 works and customer cares as a sub-contractor to Bellway Homes

Culture House - Shadowing an experienced Project manager to complete the groundworks of a steel frame building in Sunderland City Centre a sub-contractor to Kier Construction.
