This initiative modernized the wholesale flower market improving accessibility and efficiency.

Operated in conjunction with Go Fresh Manchester ltd sourcing produce from the EU and the UK for multiple retail and wholesale outlets .

Currently contracting for both of these firms.

Trading in fresh produce, flowers & plants in the North West of England as well as Manchester & London developed a diverse trade base also communicated a little in Mandarin Chinese in order to sell. Forged new business relationships to create new business opportunities. Placing the right person for the job creating an efficient affective team driving the firm forward, whether in logistics, accounts, sales or procurement.

Trading in Potatoes, Onions & carrots with all the main wholesale markets in the UK as well as food processors well as exporting to Sweden , Denmark & Norway. Managed in-house potato washing and grading facility for customers such as Mc.Cains

Collaborated with West Cumberland Farmers to manage leek, brassica and iceberg lettuce production throughout Lancashire, Cheshire & North Wales. Liaising with harvesting rigs and pack house to ensure main UK supermarkets had timely deliveries on a daily basis as well as placing the harvesting rigs the correct fields for specification requirements per customer. Maintaining high standards whilst dealing issues directly and quickly.

Trading fresh produce on both Liverpool & Manchester wholesale markets for the family farm and other growers in west Lancashire.

Tractor working, ploughing, cultivating, spraying, fertiliser application, sowing, planting etc. managing staff, keeping to deadlines for a busy brassica and salad producing farm.
