My role was to Lead and support the Finance team in the transition to D365 and work on a stabilisation plan:

  • Mapped To -Be Process: Cash allocation, Invoicing, Purchase order Month end and year end
  • Reviewed Solution Design Document and map requirements
  • Lead Data Migration: writing of the data migration strategy, data mapping, migrating data in D365 and coordinated reconciliation
  • Coordinated the UAT for the finance team: test script writing, escalation of issues to delivery partners and worked with consultants on test case resolution

Training

  • Developed D365 training strategy for HR and Finance: identify user needs and establish adapted approach for each business owner/ modules
  • Supported BPO in developing training materials for finance and HR by using videos, word documents, task recorder and mapping process.
  • Organised training delivery for BPO and end users in UK o ices and across other continents (Africa and America)
