I am an energetic, motivated administrator with over 20 years experience. I am highly organised and skilled at balancing the needs of clients in both personal and professional capacities.
I am an accurate, assertive and adaptable individual who can effectively multi-task and meet deadlines in challenging situations whilst staying calm and confident.
Learning and self development is something that I find motivating. As part of my development I had the opportunity to supervise a small team of administrative assistants, this gave an insight into the importance of processes and building good relationships with peers.
I have excellent communication and organisation skills and can build a good rapport with peers and stakeholders.
I am extremely efficient in all MS applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams and PowerPoint. I also have experience with in-house systems and can grasp new applications quickly.
I am looking for a role that has more interaction with others and has the opportunity to not only utilise the skills I already have but enable me to learn new skills and develop my career.
Achievements: I was given the task of creating a small project that could be implemented within the workplace. I worked closely with service users and colleagues to create a variety of short videos which showed service users what to expect during their appointments. This was then shared across social media to educate service users on the role of the Healthy Family Team. This project gave me an opportunity to build on my marketing skills and improve relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Achievements : I was also involved in the housebound programme. This involved visiting homes of the most vulnerable people across the county and supporting clinicians with the delivery and recording of the vaccination.
Achievements : This was a volunteer role and during this time I gained a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching & Learning
