• Collaborated in a team of 4 to serve notices to complete on 360 units via fax, email, and post within 48 hours, achieving £22.5 million in completions within 14 days.
• Drafted a variety of legal documents, including Deeds, Agreements for Sale, Leases, and Land Registry-compliant forms.

Third Seat: Real Estate Finance/Secured Lending

• Acting for both Lenders and Borrowers in Commercial and Residential finance transactions.
• Advised on joint and separate representation, ensuring full compliance with Lender requirements.
• Conducted due diligence including title reviews and raising targeted, risk-based enquiries.
• Drafted and reviewed core security documents such as Legal Charges, Debentures, and Personal Guarantees, as well as TR1s and Agreements for Sale.
• Supported complex financing structures by drafting Deeds of Subordination and Sub-Charges for major Lenders, Investors, and Developers.
• Prepared comprehensive mortgage, search, and title reports for clients.
• Reviewed and advised on facility letters and finance offers, ensuring all conditions precedent were satisfied.

Environmental, Social and Governance:

• Active member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee – Race and Discrimination Division.
• Organised firm-wide cultural and international events across 5 regional offices to promote education, awareness, and inclusion amongst staff.

• Managed a varied caseload including CICA, RTA, and EL/PL/OL claims under the direct supervision of the Head of Department.
