I was previously working as a Pensions Administrator. I was mainly responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of DB pension schemes for retirement or transfer purposes.
I would also update the member records including personal details, contribution history, and entitlements & we would also send annual pension statements to members, showing the current value of their pension. As well as answering enquiries, responding to queries from scheme members regarding their pension benefits, contributions, retirement options, etc.
