• Lead on all aspects of operational services and contracts across West Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire with systems leadership model of delivery
• Act as adviser for Alzheimer's Society on all matters relating to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and contribution it makes to delivering national charities strategy, including leading on regional delivery and co chairing of Mental Health Network (internal)

Independent Panel member for West Yorkshire Police Misconduct Panels, including high profile, media focused panels. One of only two external members of the West Yorkshire Police Ethics Committee taking additional responsibility for the reviewing of policies from an ethical lens.

Approached by West Yorkshire ICB to lead on regional strategy alongside place based partners, NHS and Social Care

• Responsibilities included staff and volunteer led meals on wheels, home libraries, cafes, groups, and face-to-face support around loneliness and isolation across North and West Yorkshire
• Led on new initiatives including project supporting low-level alcohol dependency in older people
• Managed large staff and 600 volunteers to deliver complex services remotely across wide geographical area
• Ensured delivery of key financial targets, fundraising, and bottom-line contribution by controlling operational budgets, income, and expenditure
• Acted as one of national and local media spokesperson for Royal Voluntary Service and media
• Motivated staff through difficult change and loss during death of Jo Cox (MP) and created service in her honour alongside her family addressing isolation and loneliness within her local ward area

• Directed 10 staff members and four departments for delivery of infrastructure support to city of Leeds and the accredited Leeds Volunteer Centre
• Asked by Leeds City Council to write the volunteering section of the Leeds Compact. Promoted positive volunteering experience by creating and leading on development of Leeds Volunteering Kitemark and Toolkit (taken up by a number of CVS nationally)
• Creation of Giving Time working with ex-offenders reentering the community through offering volunteering opportunities
• Initiated governance academy aimed at training and supporting trustees and chairs, including training in all areas relevant to third sector
• Drove reduction of reliance on funding from 90% to 50% by introducing effective services to increase income.
