Main Responsibilities

• Leading and project managing events at the tennis ATP 1000's, for Hawk-eye Smart Production (Broadcast)
• Main point of contact for Smart Production for clients to ensure Hawk-eye technology is in place ahead of arrival on site.
• Technical Guarantee role at events when not project managing
• Ensuring a smooth delivery onsite and that all deliverables and expectations are met,
• Maintaining positive working relationships with clients, suppliers and venue contacts
• Liasing with other on site vendors to ensure i.e MCRs, ATP Media, WTA media, etc to ensure a smooth delivery and feed distribution
• Pre and post event planning, including cable runs, onsite technical setups, rig plans, ensure the team are meeting their goals
• Staying up to date with new Hawk-eye tech implementations/softwares

Experience

• Working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Experience with networking and IP's
• Rig and setup of Hawk-eye hardware and technical software in the buildup to matches, including setting up cameras, fibre, cable runs, audio and calibrating the system, as well as pre match checks
• Operational experience with a 5 camera setup , using robotic heads, directing and producing matches , experience using graphics, replays, audio
• 1 camera streaming setup to clients such as Sports Radar
• Troubleshooting, camera feeds, cables, fibre, client feeds

Experience:

• Streamlined communication with cast and crew to facilitate smooth filming processes in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Distributed call sheets promptly for organised start times each day of shooting
• Supported producers, directors and HODs with day to day office tasks
• Responded proactively to unexpected challenges preventing delays in filming schedule .
• Provided administrative and operational support within the production office on a large scale film production
