Main Responsibilities

  • Leading and project managing events at the tennis ATP 1000's, for Hawk-eye Smart Production (Broadcast)
  • Main point of contact for Smart Production for clients to ensure Hawk-eye technology is in place ahead of arrival on site.
  • Technical Guarantee role at events when not project managing
  • Ensuring a smooth delivery onsite and that all deliverables and expectations are met,
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with clients, suppliers and venue contacts
  • Liasing with other on site vendors to ensure i.e MCRs, ATP Media, WTA media, etc to ensure a smooth delivery and feed distribution
  • Pre and post event planning, including cable runs, onsite technical setups, rig plans, ensure the team are meeting their goals
  • Staying up to date with new Hawk-eye tech implementations/softwares
