Upon qualification of becoming an Child and Adolescent Integrative Psychotherapist, I worked with Ealing Schools Counselling Partnership (ESCP) providing a range of services across multiple schools:


  • 2020-2022 Provided a psychotherapy service 2 days a week in a large comprehensive secondary school, working with adolescents age 11-18, supporting a wide range of issues.
  • 2017-2019 ESCP Manager supervising and supporting five counselling service managers working across 12 schools in west London, facilitating deep reflection on client case load, safeguarding issues and opportunities to increase effectiveness and cohesion of the service.
  • 2011-2019 Provided 1:1 psychotherapy support to children ages 5-11 in a school in Southall, west London, using the arts, play, story-telling, sandtray-theray and psycho-education. Worked alongside parents, carers, teachers and social workers to provide holistic and cohesive support.
  • 2013-2016 Set up a new counselling service across four schools in the borough of Ealing, providing supervision to trainee therapists, 1:1 therapy with children, staff and parents, monitoring and collecting quantitative and qualitative data to support outcomes, classroom interventions, parent coaching groups, assemblies, wellbeing groups for staff and other psychotherapeutic initiatives.
