  • Work as part of the management team to oversee the teaching and learning across the 6 nursery rooms and forest school
  • Plan and lead staff meetings that support room leaders' and practitioners' continuous professional development, most recently Phase One phonics, maths and curriculum
  • Liaise with other settings to support children who attend more than one setting
  • Lead and organise the school transition process for those starting school in September
  • Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Manage the nursery in the manager's and deputy manager's absence, as well as other Little Green Rascals sites as required
