Summary

Enthusiastic individual dedicated to delivering compassion, accessible support. Strong relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence. History of achieving positive results in collaboration with multidisciplinary team. Talented pupil and family welfare officer with experience managing large pupil caseloads covering varied social issues and emotional issues. Focused and compassionate to deliver considered, strategic care and support. Placing the child at the heart of everything I do to provide the very best care and support in order for the best possible outcome. I can work independently and part of a team, and understand the importance of confidentiality as well as having an open and non judgmental approach in all that I do. I am a Qualified ELSA and this allows me to guide individuals with emotional and behavioural issues. I have recently completed some small training with Hampshire Safeguarding Children in Partnership around safe guarding including the One to One Enhanced Practitioner Training in reducing Parental conflict and Safeguarding children with disabilities. I enjoy any ongoing professional training as I feel this not only benefits me but the people I wish to help.
