I started working at Angels Care at Home in December 2022 as a Care Assistant. In July of 2023 my contract changed to a Care Supervisor.

During my work at this private care company I have learnt and can now therefore write client care plans independently, carry out detailed reviews and assessments and document all information on to our care system- PASS for Care.

I believe in my time at this job I have developed new skills to further my career in healthcare.

I have organised and filed our company's above and beyond and compliments documents in which I have received outstanding feedback from our service users regarding my caring and supervisor duties.

Furthermore, I am pleased with my achievements in the time I have been with this company and now I am determined to further my career and achieve my Level 5 qualification in Healthcare.

I started at Patford House Partnership in early December 2020 as an apprentice health care assistant. I have recently finished my apprenticeship and i am now a qualified Health Care Assistant.

During my Apprenticeship i did a variety of training at the surgery, therefore i am qualified to carry out a range of consultations such as phlebotomy, diabetic physical checks, electrocardiograms, inr's, injections such as covid, flu and b12, removal of sutures and stitches, basic wound dressings, smoking cessation and Nhs HealthChecks. I have also completed the training to be able to carry outAsthma reviews, however i haven't had my own clinics of these yet.
