The CEO and Founder of Global Guidance, Edvios, and GEPT Campus is me, Nashif Razzak.The Global Forum for Education and Learning (GFEL) in Dubai has recognized me as one of the Top 100 Leaders in Education for 2019. In February 2022, Education 2.0 in Dubai presented me with the Outstanding Leadership Award. The Asia Awards, which were held in India in June 2022, recently recognized me as Asia's Best Educational Entrepreneur Award of the Year in 2021 and 2022. Additionally, the Education Conference in the USA has chosen me for the Visionary Leader Award. The conference will take place March 17–19, 2024, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a result of my own diligence, commitment, and unwavering dedication to excellence, as well as that of my team, we have been recognized and honored as we were given the outstanding organization award.

I are associated to the Sri Lankan Chamber of Commerce. I've worked in the education sector for the past decade. I managed more than 10 universities and colleges in Canada and the UK as a country manager for south India and Sri Lanka.

I'm a diplomatic representative. I've participated in and worked at several government and Model UN conferences. As an official representative of Sri Lanka, I most recently attended the G20 summit. As an international delegate, I'll also be present at the B20 Summit India 2023, which takes place in New Delhi, India, from August 25 to 27.
