Marketing (part-time)

• Bookkeeper & Payroll & AAT course level 1&2
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transaction.
• Coordinating with HMRC address VAT-related inquiries.
• Posting journals, debtor, creditor, and wages journals, debtor, creditor, and wage journals.
• Handle payroll processes, generating pay slips, managing Maternity & Statutory pay, preparing forms P45 and P60, and handling Pension Scheme and RTI submissions using Sage Payroll 50.
• Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
• Handling purchase and sales ledger control, including VAT submissions for various VAT Schemes like Cash, Standard, Flat Rate, and Retail VAT Schemes.

15 hours per week Teaching in accounting field

Performing the following activities for the mentioned companies:

•Preparing and adjusting financial statements and sending tax declarations and sending VAT declaraons and quarterly informaon according to Arcle 169.

•Supervising the preparation of payroll and insurance list.

•Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting or collection procedures, or investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures,

operating systems, budgets, or other financial control functions.

•Plan, direct, and coordinate risk and insurance programs of establishments to control risks and losses.

•Analyze and classify risks and investments to determine their potential impacts on companies.
