• Handling all purchases with cash and credit cards.
• Confirms travel reservations and itineraries
• Complete flight check-in and print tickets using a point-of-sales system
• Answer customer questions, and resolve issues with delayed and canceled flight
• Provide the customer with baggage assistance and help with lost/damaged luggage.
• Processing refunds for delayed or canceled flights
• Evaluating service users practical and emotional needs and assisting with creating support plans
• Monitoring the mental health and wellbeing of service users and reporting any significant changes.
• Assisting service users with daily personal care routines, such as bathing and dressing
• Helping with domestic tasks, such as cooking and cleaning.
• Encouraging service users to achieve personal goals and always being respectful of their choices.
• Providing emotional support to service users and families by listening to and discussing concerns.
• Supporting service users with shopping, budgeting and managing finances.
• Assisting the carer with personal care tasks such as washing , dressing , eating and toileting.
• Assist in the safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of clients
• Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities
• Performing light housing tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming and changing bed clothes.
• Accompany clients to medical appointment
• Observe , monitor and record clients physical and emotional well being and promptly report any changes to senior staff
