Isleworth, London

Summary

I am highly motivated and diligent, with a strong work ethic. Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy. My outgoing personality provides me with interpersonal skills which ensures good communication. I am looking for internships to explore career pathways and understand different professions. I would like to experience a different environment of work and hope to widen my skill set to increase future employability. I have had prior work experience with Richmond and Wandsworth Council in urban planning and sustainability which has given me an insight into the processes and systems driven behind town planning and implementing new infrastructure into towns. My BSC Geography course at the University of Nottingham has given me knowledge on economic flows and the scientific need for sustainability. I am particularly interested in corporate sustainability whereby solution based thinking and marketing are at the pinnacle of developing a company whilst meeting environmental targets. My core interest revolves around global flows of capital and how they can be incorporated into the corporate world whilst having a positive and ethical impact. Sustainability is one of the most current and expanding components of the corporate world which I am eager to pursue a career in. My experience with Richmond and wandsworth council have enabled me to be immersed in a professional work environment and meet deadlines as part of a team which are transferable skills into a different workplace.
