• Management and leadership for all Xyla's 15 National Diabetes Prevention Programme Contracts and 9 Diabetes Remission Contracts
• Key point of contact for NHSE Commissioners
• Line manage Xyla's Regional Managers ensuring their engagement leads are engaged and driving KPI's performance in their areas including engagement with local communities and key stakeholders.
• Monitoring all KPIs in line with uptake and retention and ensuring that corrective actions are implemented
• Mobilisating new contracts
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure constant improvement within our services and service content, addressing and feedback or compliant themes
• Act as point of contact with stakeholders, delivering all contract review meetings ensuing a positive relationship is maintained through out the duration of the contract

• Managed 11 Diabetes Remission Contracts and teams
• Mobilised a number of new services in new geographical areas including recruiting new staff, oversight of local and national training requirements
• Worked closely with NHS/CCG commissioners to report on contract performance and continue to improve KPI performance
• Regularly monitored performance data and financial performance

• Mobilised the National Diabetes Prevention Programme in three regional areas
• Collaborated with steering groups to ensure the contracts were meeting specified KPIs
• Provided motivation, support and leadership to local delivery teams consisting of approximately 27- including Service Coordinators, Facilitation Officers and Health & Wellbeing Coaches

• Managed and coordinated the National Diabetes Prevention programme and delivery team across Worcestershire
• Reviewed referrals into the programme, monitored numbers and assessed future demand patterns.
• Worked collaboratively with the team of coaches and booking coordinators to ensure contract KPI's were met
• Liaised and collaborated with local stakeholders,CCG and external organisations
• Conducted engagement events to generate interest in the programme from stakeholders and potential service users

• Lead practitioner in exercise, health and wellbeing activities on two busy wards within the acute mental health hospital

• Liaised with local community and partners to develop and deliver food-based programmes that raise awareness and support residents to eat a healthy, sustainable diet
• Developed a community cooking programme (Cook4Life). This included supervising sessional workers, developing resources, sourcing venues, and managing the referrals systems
• Developed clear and robust monitoring and evaluation processes for projects

• Lead advisor on a 1:1 lifestyle service supporting women with a BMI >35 to minimise weight gain during pregnancy; achieve weight loss post pregnancy; prevent the development of obesity in infants and reduce health inequalities.

• Delivered the practical and theoretical aspects of cook and taste sessions to a range of individuals to develop cookery skills and healthy eating knowledge.

• Delivery of the 14 week family weight management programme for families.

• Research and evaluation of Regional School Food and Health programmes including lead officer for the West Midlands Children Centre Report Food Project Worker: Sandwell PCT.

• Training & supervising staff, managing costs and driving sales; Providing managerial support; Analysing and developing more appropriate and efficient store processes.

• Supported the development, promotion and delivery of a 20-week community weight management programme.
