• Established a clear Product Strategy and North Star Metric in collaboration with the Leadership Team and Executive, balancing organisational ambition, customer need and team capacity.
• Re-shaped team structure and ways of working, addressing the main constraint on delivery pace; resulting in a substantial increase in throughput without additional spend.
• Introduced clearer delivery rhythms and visibility (including regular open sessions with the wider organisation and better clearer visualisation of work), improving trust and alignment.
• Responsible for managing high demand into a shared development pipeline across multiple products, ensuring work remains aligned to strategy while still serving essential organisational needs.
• Work closely with external partners, stewarding relationships, cost, quality and pace. Recently, negotiated a contract increase down by 50% whilst still maintaining strong relationship with partner.
• Pay close attention to capacity and team wellbeing, addressing issues early and practically when they arise.

• Invited by the CEO to join a strategy development group that led to organisational restructure and a shift towards a more intentional, product-led approach to growth.
• Led discovery and prioritisation for Stewardship's key digital products, helping move work forward decisively while remaining grounded in user need and delivery capacity. Turned around a negative CSAT score.
• Acted as a bridge between strategy and delivery, helping senior leaders understand delivery reality and helping wider teams and leaders understand strategic direction.

• Led acquisition, implementation and ongoing management of Salesforce, strengthening operational foundations and internal insight.
• Core contributor to website re-platforming and rebrand, working across marketing, technology and operations.

• Led GDPR changes for all digital marketing activity under significant time pressure, ensuring compliance but also leveraging the changes to grow organisational email marketing lists significantly.
• Nominated by senior manager to step into a decision-making role where ownership was unclear to help move the re-platforming of the legacy online account forward and drive toward completion of the project.

• Project-managed Stewardship's first large-scale conference end-to-end (500+ attendees), delivered within a compressed three-month timeline.

• Designed and launched a recurring national dial-in for church treasurers, building the operating model from scratch; the structure is still in use today.

• Early experience in a highly disciplined, high-pressure environment - learning pace, teamwork and exceptional execution.
