Furthermore, in terms of stock operations, I helped to ensure accuracy in stock handling by counting inventory, and updating internal systems, supporting reliable data used for daily sales and stock reporting.

In this role, I entered, updated, and organised sensitive data across internal systems, maintaining clean records essential for case timelines. This role also enhanced my skills in communication, specifically with clients via phone, email, and in person, ensuring clear information flow and timely responses. Throughout this role, I handled multiple tasks under tight deadlines, showing reliability, organisation, and the ability to manage workload in a high-stakes environment.
