I am a disability advisory professional, who has supported a vast range of clients into suitable employment, by assisting the work ready candidates with interview preparation and job applications and preparing appropriate CVs. For clients who are not job ready, I have been pro-active, in terms of signposting them to local colleges and to apply for university courses, as well as to secure placements – to enable them to gain employment. I am passionate about inclusion and as a hard working individual, I would be an asset to any organisation. I have excellent communication, inter-personal skills and analytical ability. I am responsible, well organised, efficient dedicated and reliable.   • Looking at Labour Market Service checks with the supervision of high management making sure all advisers are hitting their KPI known as key performance indicator making sure each adviser is hitting their performance targets example of how many service clients are off state benefit and are in work
  • Doing employer visits when I send service clients on work placements which sometimes last 8 weeks and turn into permanent employment if both parties are satisfied and can work with one other.
