As Watches Product Category Supervisor, my objective is to oversee and drive the Department business goals as well as to promote and enhance the Maison.
Analyze the boutique performance, measuring the KPI’s, identifying, targeting and implementing follow up actions. Collect and share information about competitors and business evolution.
Being the expert and referent for the team, ensuring them exceptional product and brand awareness.
Partner with the team to improve overall selling skills and close sales in order to achieve sales goals and KPIs. Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all customers are given the exceptional luxury experience, as the Maison requested.
Act as a main category ambassador demonstrating sales leadership and expertise to the team, support them with their own sales, boost cross-selling and client re-purchase.
Assuring product display and visibility respecting the policies.
Ensure that all procedures and policies linked to the category are implemented and respected.
Supervise the availability and use by team of all dedicated tools (sales tools and client tools).
Ensure the maintenance of inventory accuracy.
Supervise and implement the stock assortment both on the quantitative and qualitative level, directly and independently addressing to the Merchandising Team.
Directly and independently report to the Marketing Team on the market feedbacks, price positioning, client brand and product awareness, competitors novelties and events, customers behaviour analysis based on sales, etc.
