  • As Watches Product Category Supervisor, my objective is to oversee and drive the Department business goals as well as to promote and enhance the Maison.
  • Analyze the boutique performance, measuring the KPI’s, identifying, targeting and implementing follow up actions. Collect and share information about competitors and business evolution.

  • Act as a main category ambassador demonstrating sales leadership and expertise to the team, support them with their own sales, boost cross-selling and client re-purchase.
  • Assuring product display and visibility respecting the policies.
  • Ensure that all procedures and policies linked to the category are implemented and respected.
  • Supervise the availability and use by team of all dedicated tools (sales tools and client tools).
  • Ensure the maintenance of inventory accuracy.
  • Supervise and implement the stock assortment both on the quantitative and qualitative level, directly and independently addressing to the Merchandising Team.
  • Directly and independently report to the Marketing Team on the market feedbacks, price positioning, client brand and product awareness, competitors novelties and events, customers behaviour analysis based on sales, etc.
