As EDS Quality Product owner I am responsible for maintaining EDS quality board with prioritization of HQP (harness quality Plan) as well as the management of day to day quality agenda

• Understand and address EDS Field issues, supporting the hygiene factors of EDS Quality deliverables
• Support PSCC forum and establish presentation when required
• Support weekly DPP Showcase meeting (previously ETIQ) and present EDS metrics on monthly basis
• Maintain the issue root cause analysis and scope on Critical Concerns,
• Support Technical Assists and FRED (harness replacement requests) with required information or parts,
• Support field activities such as CMT/MSF/QSF
• Drive and manage warranty and RSA IQM projects resolution
• Drive EDS PR AIMS management and progression
• Drive and manage EDS replicate action deck
• Run Claim history analysis (AWS, WASP, EPQR)
• Generate Weibull analysis for scoping the issues on future productions
• Establish documents for Service releases (TSB,SSM)
• Support Warranty Recovery team for liability issues and Returned part investigations
• Support topix enhancements for better issue allocation and IQM project creation
• Manage JLR Way EDS document and publications
• Establishment of new GCM part support process with supplier and aftermarket sales team

• Facilitate Top Supplier QPIP and manage improvement work plans by engaging and assisting STA (Supplier Technical Assistance) Site Team or other resources. Lead top supplier bi-weekly reviews.
• Participate in Whiteboard, VRT meetings etc., Drive resolution of external supplier process warranty concerns through ECB binning, supplier notification, and driving containment at the supplier.
• Support QR (Quality Reject) procedures, by supporting concern binning, reviewing threshold QR’s, and providing support for dispute resolution. Assist Incoming Quqlity with nonresponsive
  suppliers. Assist suppliers and plants in QR/PPM (Parts Per Million) data accuracy. Administer part quality confirmation process for suppliers with repetitive containment failure.
• Lead containment through completion of special cause supplier process BSAQ (Balanced Single Agenda for Quality) projects.
• Align with VRT (Variability Reduction Team) on SP (Supplier Process) BSAQ Glidepath values.
• Provide early notification to and engage STA Site team on potential stop shipments which are related to supplier process. Provide support in containing supplier stop ship issue. Assist STA Site team with vehicle on hold and release process tracking. Work with Stop Ship Stakeholders to support proper root cause owner is identified for PAC (Prevent Action Closure).
• Monitor daily production report and provide notification to STA management for issues that require site STA awareness/intervention. Concern Binning) issues, participate in VRT (Variability Reduction Team) forums, lead supplier preparation for VQR’s (Vehicle Quality Review).

• Single Point of Contact for EDS commodity for Launches of LCV V408 (Valencia/Spain) and HCV H625 (Eskisehir/Turkey).
• Work with Supplier, Program Management Team (PMT) and Purchasing to develop Commercial Program Agreement (CPA), Sourcing Agreement (SA) and SOW. Cascade targets to other activities
• Review and concur on Worldwide Engineering Release System (WERS) concerns and notices initiated by Supplier or Ford
• Support Vehicle Specific Architecture Design, DVP&R & FMEA, Compatibility Reviews
• Support E/E System Specification, Fusing/Grounding & Load Management Efforts
• Support Cost Reduction Efforts
• Support Manage Quality Roadmaps. Develop plan to meet quality objectives and review warranty analysis on a regular basis
• Lead EDS Cost Reduction Actions
• Lead EDS Change Control
• Minimize Wiring Complexity
• Take active role in build phases as subsystem coordinator
• Implement SDS, DVP&R & FMEA
• Manage 3D and CAD package activities and lead supplier
• Utilize 8D process throughout the program
