Summary

In my year experience of full-time hospitality work, I have learnt many things about the industry and myself. I have an obsession with my quality of service, taking extra time to learn about all guests in order to find a way to serve them in a way that leaves them satisfied. I know when guests need extra attention and information, and I also know when guests need to be given space until absolutely neccessary. I take immense pride in my current position at Hickory's in Nottingham, and I am looking for a part-time job to accompany my studies in Manchester. I am someone who thoroughly enjoys socialising with a diverse range of people in both a professional and informal environment, and I choose to work in this industry because I truly have a passion for it. I have a year's worth of experience as a server, as well as 6 months experience as both as a host, and an expo.
