This job also contained a degree of administration as we often had to update care plans, complete feeding charts, turn charts and medication folders as well as liaise with social workers, families and medical professionals via telephone, email and face to face meeting to update with any progress or decline in the service users welfare, particularly remotely using zoom and other forms digital technology during COVID, to keep our services users connected to their families the best we could.
