Summary

Reliable leader, finisher, composite production and machine operator experienced in target-driven environments. Prioritises accuracy and customer service to reach collective goals. Offers collaborative flexible approach to support a dynamic team but also self-sufficient. Trustworthy with practical experience as a machine production/process operator with a dedicated work ethic. Self-motivated to consistently provide great results in line with stringent targets, following drawings, production cards or instruction sheets to meet the quality requirements and deadlines. I have worked on a few different types of production machines over the years when the need or job arose in JTI/Gallagher's being trained up on various roles to cover any issues.

In Sensata Technologies (part time summer cover) I operated various machine throughout the night on weekends. I Loaded up soldering machine and touched up any rejected parts that failed or missed spots. Engraved and pressed in computer boards then placed the lids on and sealed them to be leak tested and finally electrical tested them to then be packed and labeled.

In RLC I worked on A220 engine veins, masking up, sanding, cleaning tangs, straightened paint lines and preparing for bag up. I then racked them in a jig tested for earth conductivity and sent them to be acid dipped. It Anodised 6 parts at a time. Monitored the machine process the whole way along. Then stripped, cleaned and tested before inspecting each part. Stamp off all paperwork before uploading the specifics onto the computer system.

When my department was slow i also volunteered in the paint rooms, where I jigged up all the engine veins then after they were sprayed I stripped, cleaned and tested the paint depth in 12 areas and reported my results on the paperwork then computer for traceability. Noting the paint batch and velocity each time.

In Spirit Aerosystems I worked on numerous tools/moulds in carbon fabric composite layup for the A220 range with hand tools. I had zero parts scrapped.

My HND course is in 3D design and manufacturing which was mainly in the joinery workshop. I made furniture and finished it. Sanding between each spray coat of sand sealer and then lacquer. I am a hands on practical person.

I have also taken a few air brushing courses with Simon Murray designs who is now also a training instructor in the shorts Boeing sites.

I Focused on health and safety at all times. I have Fork lift truck driving experience over many years as a robot and dispatch warehouse operator. I ran 10 robots, palletising 3 product lines on each Robot.

For a few years I was a property manager looking after to day operations with landlords and tenants. keeping contracts up to date and fixing any issues with any property. Project managing any renovations of new or existing properties. I have also built two new properties over the years managing contractors and programming the work until completion.

I was a Material supplier in Michelin tyre factory.

I was assistant manager in KFC where I did all paperwork, managed 35 staff for rotas and holiday allocation as well as daily stock ordering and weekly stock takes.

I have gained experience working in a variety of roles over the years, including; sales, customer service, management, manufacturing, warehouse fork truck dispatch operator, material supplier in a large factory, lorry driver, bus driver, high speed machine operator and process/production operator. I believe I am suited to this role within your company.
