  • As a bartender, I was responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and providing a great customer experience
  • I was responsible for taking orders making and delivered drinks to restaurant patrons
  • Furthermore, I set up tables for guests, took their orders to the kitchen, cleaned up after they had left, and ensured they had made payments
  • I ensured they were fully satisfied with their experience at the hotel
  • I was instructed to treat all guests and patrons respectfully on all occasions
  • Since I signed on during the wedding season, I regularly worked the bar at the venue and served guests their meals, refilling and taking orders for any drinks
  • My hours ranged from the morning shift, 8 am-4 pm, or closing, 4 pm-midnight, for which I was to open the bar and lock it respectively
  • Working at the venue could start from 4 pm and end from midnight to 4 am (depending entirely on the guests)
  • During my time at Dunkeld I recieved health and safety training to ensure I was competent and safe to carry out all my duties, and to ensure the safety of all our customers
