I am a dedicated person who is motivated to assist others. I feel that helping others is important and that there will always be a pleasant output, no matter what the circumstance. I have a positive outlook and see the good in everything. In particular because of my experience with the British Red Cross, it supported me and assisted me in further developing my teamwork and communication abilities. It showed me how to assist clients and respond to all of their questions. I was able to learn how to modify and vary my approach to other people as a result of being an community volunteer. I learned that everyone has unique needs, and I was also able to appreciate the value of empathy and understanding through multiple conversations with customers over the phone.
