I have eight years of experience in customer service, working with a diverse range of clientele, this required a strong level of interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, problem analysis and problem-solving were a must. Due to the nature of the role, organizational skills and customer service orientation were essential to ensure customers' needs were met. Communication and engagement with a range of employers (insurance, hotel, rental car) were also needed. I am competent and confident speaking to a wide range of people and am able to adapt both my speech and approach accordingly.
