  • Completed monthly placements across the business in 10 different departments to understand how each area operates.
  • Spent a further 6 months each in the Logistics, New Product Development, Purchasing and Planning department to develop my project management skills further and was able adjust quickly to new environments and working confidently with minimal supervision.
  • Became a Production Planner in the business for the last 2 years where I have mastered my time management skills and ability to meet deadlines daily.
  • During the first 4 years, I also studied and completed a Business Management Degree whilst working full time and also worked towards a Level 6 Chartered Management Institute (CMI) qualification.
  • Helped to prepare and execute projects across various departments in the business and executed daily duties with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to learning new techniques and technologies such as improving my knowledge in Excel and also SAP.
  • Created production schedules by considering deadlines for customer orders and sales forecasting and also reviewed and analysed production performance indicators and requirements to maximise output quality.
