• Specify appropriate repair solutions (practical and cost-effective)
• Prepare clear schedules of works and repair specifications
• Produce cost estimates, quotations, and pricing advice
• Advise on dayworks rates and schedules of rates (SOR)
• Price variations and additional works fairly
• Support tendering for small works and maintenance contracts
• Attend site meetings with clients, landlords, or managing agents
• Act as the technical point of contact for clients
• Monitor quality of works and carry out site inspections
• Snag completed works and identify defects
• Reduce callbacks, rework, and disputes
• Advise on Building Regulations and compliance issues
