  • My key learnings were being patient and giving things time to develop
  • Using my critical thinking, found out client's interests and discussed those topics with the client.
  • Client used to respond with concise sentences to any questions so learning how to carry on conversation and keep client engaged was vital.
  • Client looked forward to calls. Upon ending partnership, received heartfelt thanks and gratitude call from client's mother.
