- As Part of the role I Play at my current company, i coordinate and partake in activities relating to the maintenance of properties. I ensure that houses meet the health and safety regulations all set by the government, whilst also ensuring that the property is welcoming and hospitable. Some of the roles i have partaken in is the preservation of the house infrastructure. For example houses especially bathroom ceilings are prone to cases of mould. This in itself is a hazard and has the potential to cause harm to tenants and individuals within the concerned area. For this reason it is to be treated with considerate caution and therefore is to be removed. Removing this mould not only makes the area safer but also adds to the professionalism of the house and making it so it is adequate to peoples standard of living.
