  • In my recent role I was dealing with Customer queries over the phone and by other different mediums as well.
  • Like emails and live chats.
  • The objective of the role is to Educate the Customers about their Pensions.
  • And to resolve any customer Queries.
  • During my stay with Lloyds bank i manage to take 5,000 calls and multiple Live chats through which i manage to help out our policy holders. At the time with the bank approximately 20% of the policy holders was coming to us for combining their other pension into us.
