1. Project Planning and Coordination

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Prepare project work programmes, method statements, and technical documentation in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation.

2. Site Supervision and Execution

• Supervise site works to ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.

3. Technical Support and Problem Solving

4. Documentation and Reporting

• Responsible for overseeing , coordinating and ensuring the effective operation , maintenance and performance of all Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems across 17 Government Hospitals in the state of Perak , in accordance with contract requirements and hospital operational standards.
• Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in accordance with approved maintenance schedules, manufacturers’ recommendations, and relevant standards.
• Review and optimize maintenance strategies to improve system reliability, efficiency, and equipment lifespan.
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to site engineers, supervisors, and technical teams at all hospital locations.
• Attend site inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for major system failures or recurring issues.
• Review and endorse monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance reports submitted by site teams.
• Prepare consolidated regional performance reports, including system condition, downtime, energy efficiency, and corrective action plans.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, breakdown history, and asset performance for all hospitals.
• Attend coordination meetings, technical discussions, and performance review meetings as required.
• Address client feedback, technical queries, and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide technical leadership during emergency situations, major breakdowns, or critical failures affecting hospital operations.
• Ensure prompt response, coordination, and recovery of ACMV systems to minimize disruption to clinical services.
• monitor staff for this ACMV contract at all hospitals.
