• As a current volunteer at Oxfam, I support the day-to-day running of the shop by assisting customers, organising stock, and helping create a welcoming environment. I regularly sort and price donated items, ensuring they are presented neatly and meet quality standards before going onto the shop floor. I also help on the tills, handling transactions and interacting with customers in a friendly and professional way. Through this role, I’ve developed strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as attention to detail and reliability, while contributing to a cause that supports communities worldwide.
