My coaching philosophy emphasizes a high-intensity, attack-oriented style built on creativity, teamwork, and relentless work ethic. I develop adaptable, tactically intelligent players through dynamic in-game adjustments, aggressive pressing, and purposeful transitions. In the final third, I encourage freedom and creativity to exploit defenses. Prioritizing flexibility and speed, I tailor strategies to maximize player strengths for optimal performance and an engaging style of play.
In 2016 I founded Phoenix Juniors, due to the lack of opportunities for young children to play football in the local area. Providing support for poor families and players who require additional behaviour support. My ultimate ambition was to create playing opportunities for underrepresented ethnic minorities. I wanted to provide a professionally organised club at grassroots level. Connecting the community to local businesses and organisations to support the club. My main roles are, Chairman on the club board and Sporting Director for the coaches and adult team players.
My key responsibilities are:
I have over 15 years of experience working in the National Health Service (NHS) across various roles, including ICT, Cyber Security, and Service Management. For the past four years, I have served as a Service Analyst within the Service Management department, delivering Incident, Problem, and Change Management functions for over 40 services on the SPINE and CIS NHS networks. My role involves collaborating with wider NHS organizations to onboard and implement new services, ensuring alignment with national frameworks authorized by central government.
In my free time, I maintain an active lifestyle through football, cricket, table tennis, and running, which enhance my teamwork, strategic thinking, and resilience. Beyond sports, I am deeply committed to community service, volunteering with a children's charity focused on education and well-being. I also contribute to humanitarian aid efforts, including earthquake response teams, providing critical support to disaster-affected communities.
