I have recently completed a Bachelor of Economics at the University of Sydney whilst holding a variety of experience in the finance and luxury sector. Recently studied Economics in Barcelona strengthening my intercultural and communication skills, prompting me to volunteer as a mentor and leader for incoming international exchange students to help integrate them into Australian life.
Originally hired as a host and invited by management to work as a chef following the departure of a previous chef.
Experience in full array of chalet host and chef work including:
- Serving a cooked breakfast, baking afternoon tea and cooking a three course meal five days a week.
- Thorough cleaning of entire chalet from host experience including deep cleaning and providing high quality service to guests throughout the week.
