"Skilled Aircraft Fitter," where you will be part of a team assembling and installing components on Airbus aircraft wings, primarily focusing on the wing box structure, including tasks like drilling, bolting, fitting, and final assembly of wing components like spars, stringers, ribs, and skins;

Key responsibilities may include:

• Component assembly: Precisely fitting and attaching various wing components using hand tools and specialized machinery.

Day to Day Tasks include fitting of aircraft fuel and hydraulic systems with the use of general aircraft hand and power tools. Making use of a permaswage tooling systems.

• HFC (hybrid fibre coax) pre-enablement, rodding, roping and pulling copper cables to customers properties through local underground networks, carrying out garden works
• FTTP (Fibre to the premises) / PIA (Physical Infrastructure Access) pre-enablement, installation of micro ducts and fibre blowing, pulling fibre from the cab to property using local underground networks, carrying out garden work
• Test, rodding and roping of underground ducts

Working in the Non Emergency Patient Transport Service as a Day Controller involved planning and day control service for the non-urgent transfer of patients, ensuring co-ordinated delivery of N.E.P.T.S services takes place as per contractual agreements.

As a Day Controller/Planner, I liaised closely with external contacts which include members of the public and Clinical departments at hospitals, GP surgeries, clinics, day centres, nursing homes and the relevant Ambulance Liaison office.

In addition, I was responsible to ensure the efficient operation of the Day Control services, as the first senior point of contact for enquires relating to non-emergency transport for area. I had to go through accurate bookings, concise planning with control involvement that a smooth transaction to the Hospital is organised for all patients. Close liaison with all parties is paramount

I had to Provide accurate, statistical and management information as and when required. Actively prepare and plan patient’s to N.E.P.T.S vehicles to maximum effect, ensuring resources are used appropriately, providing effective service coverage with minimal disruption of service, minimising journey times of patients wherever possible. Effectively
planning of routes and allocation of workloads to N.E.P.T.S vehicles on a daily basis using our CLERIC computer based planning system.

• Working in the grocery department, where I would stock the shelves around the store
• Also having to work on the checkout tills when needed, as well as having to tip and fill where I would have to unload the delivery truck full of cages
• Towards the end of every shift I would do something we would have called a 'drag out', is where we would bring out the back stock cages out on the shop floor ready for the night staff to work through

• My Job Role Involved ordering and pricing stock, till work, creating displays, assisting customers, general cleaning and tidying the shop floor; cabinets door entrance windows
• Also, to re-organise the stores and bring stock over to the shop, to then put out on the shop floor after pricing
• Maintained clean and organised shop floor, ensuring pleasant environment for shoppers.
